In this role, you will work closely with customers and with engineering teams to design solutions that will evolve Microsoft cloud offerings to meet customer needs for security, sovereignty, confidentiality, and autonomy. Furthermore, you will lead the orchestration of development and release activities across hundreds of cloud services teams to ensure orderly and timely delivery of customer value. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to build and leverage your strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft services and technical product management while demonstrating customer focus and evangelism. You will work in significant depth and breadth of technology and solution areas.
Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with Microsoft’s largest and most strategic customers to understand and capture their technical, operational, policy and governance demands for our unique hyperscale sovereign cloud solutions.
  • Engage with cloud service teams and product groups, across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, to contextualize, prioritize and champion customer requirements.
  • Participate in deep technical design and evaluation to ensure feasibility and compliance of solutions and proposals against customer requirements.
  • Help prioritize and orchestrate development and release activities to ensure orderly and timely delivery of cloud build-out and launch milestones.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of software development, technical program management, and/or product management with a track record of shipping products and services
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Passion and proven record for execution with measurable results; focus on delivering impact
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success
  • Ability to work successfully across a complex, highly-matrixed environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience

  • Problem solver
  • Executive presence with demonstrated deep engagement with senior level customers and decision makers
  • Ability to ramp quickly to understand and solve complex problems. This might be integration of technologies or environmental issues that are blocking a scenario for a customer.
  • Experience and success in an engineering role where you delivered cloud services.
  • Experience of engineering practices and engaging engineering teams so that you can express and drive new feature requirements in Azure.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Situational Awareness. You will be working closely with other product groups across Microsoft. you will also work closely with customer leadership, engineers, and system administrators. You will have to be able to adjust your approach to the specific audience
