Job Description:

RBI Data & Analytics team is responsible for acquiring, managing, and delivering data assets and data analytics products in order to enable and enhance data monetization in every business domain and processes including sales, marketing, operation and supply chain. This role will drive the development of quality enterprise data assets and deliver these assets as products to enable business analytics in order to meet enterprise objectives. with experience in data discovery, data integration and data quality.

We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager who is proficient in developing a data product strategy, implementation and evolve the product to meet business needs in data analytics. This individual must have skills and related tool expertise are needed in product management, data analysis, data collection and processing, data process optimization and DataOps. In addition, this position requires creative problem solving, cross functional interfacing, stakeholder engagement and priority management, teamwork, project management, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.

Roles And Responsibilities:


  • Help shape up the Product Roadmap for the data products
  • Ensure balance between the overall strategy, implementation, maintenance & governance of any new or existing data products
  • Facilitate conversations between all interested parties including Leadership teams, Business teams, Data Analysts, Engineering & Product teams
  • Serve as the owner and data authority for new data products
  • Define product roadmaps & backlogs, goals, KPIs and success metrics that align with the broader organizational vision
  • Leverage skills in data warehousing and visualization to inform product strategy
  • Map out the different user personas and profiles that would be leveraging the data product
  • Translate requirements of organization wide large data initiatives into smaller initiatives
  • Drive end to end build out of the data products for end user consumption
  • Ensure on-time delivery, communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders and project teams
  • Facilitate centralization, accessibility of data products & ensure consistent operationalization across siloed teams
  • Ensure data literacy within the organization and drive adoption & usage of data products
  • Identify blockers to adoption and drive efforts for data product improvement
  • Adept at applying data-driven insights in all decisions and efforts when building a new data product
  • Support diverse data sourcing & data integration, in support of customer integrated view
  • Provide SME and physical data expertise to support Information Architects with domain modeling, and corresponding event modeling oversight
  • Work closely with the business teams and IT to ensure alignment of data definition
  • Manage the data assets including data quality, security and access, Privacy
  • Support data roadmap for establishing/expanding reusable customer enterprise data assets
  • Complete User Acceptance Testing for productionized data assets and products
  • Promote master data principals and data quality standards
  • Coordinate with data governance to ensure solutions comply with all pertinent policies to ensure data is appropriately accessible, consistent, secure and of high quality

  • Experience with Design, implement and maintain all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Engage with the Solution Designer in the reviews and validation of the detailed technical design for business applications to ensure alignment with business requirements

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a system analysis field including: Information Technology, Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled in data management & integration tools, SQL skills, Excel skills
  • 5-7 years Data related experience in Data Analytics, Data Mapping and/or Data Quality, Data Product management
  • High level of problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive work style; desire to take on additional responsibilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of Global Product Development business processes, systems and data
  • Strategic data planning experience
  • Experience with CDP, Data Lake, AWS RedShift, Data Warehouse, Data APIs
  • Experience in comparing/validating source data to improve data quality, establishing data governance and standards compliance organization and processes
  • Research or experience in data analysis where problems are poorly defined, complex and cross functional and possess uncertainties and multiple objectives
  • Excellent team player and communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams, management, customers and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, able to deliver high quality results under tight project deadlines.
  • Quickly learns and adapts skills to work on various projects in and with different technical and functional areas
  • Willingness and ability to contribute on multiple levels, including: data management, business data architecture, project management, and documentation
