What we're looking for:

As the Citrix Senior Partner Account Manager - Google, you will lead, encourage advance our long standing partnership with Google, using yourexperience developing relationships growing this partnership. You will be specifically responsible for ensuring sales & channel partner alignment is improved between Citrix and Google in the Americas.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will improve market share by providing a clear vision and focus for the Google partnership through the alignment and support of the joint field sales teams as well as establishing and executing a validated and ambitious partner development strategy and driving incremental revenue opportunities through the development of joint solutions and corresponding strategies. We will drive Field sales and partner success by leading, developing, and growing the Google relationship to drive revenue for Citrix across Americas Geography. The successful candidate will bring recent experience being an excellent partner with Google.

Primary Duties:


  • You will work with sales teams and the Account Managers in the field to drive a collaborative sales environment to meet sales targets using all go to market channels
  • Provide support, leadership, and direction building a strong relationship with the Google team.
  • Develop strong C-level partnerships with the Americas GEO level with dedication to Citrix products and solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams and leadership on partner business opportunities and customer concerns.
  • Pipeline management & forecasting across Citrix sales segment organizations.
  • Enable successful go-to-market collaboration.
  • Work with Citrix Sales and Alliance Marketing to develop and execute joint solutions sales strategies and readiness plans as well as use joint assets to maintain a pipeline of opportunities
  • Drive cross-company support (business unit, field sales, readiness, marketing, consulting) and development of sales strategies and plans needed to support Citrix sales success on Google platforms
  • Understand and build plans for partner channel sales efficiency
  • Achieve target goals for partner influence bookings and drive pipeline creation
  • Deliver partner, sales and channel partner feedback to the product and engineering teams to support sales outcomes
  • Assess and drive the creation of core sales content and tools to support the sales motion
  • Ability to work across both EPG and SMC teams at Google to ensure sales alignment
  • Lead, develop and grow a relationship with Google .
  • Maximize partner net new opportunity and revenue generation by running all activities
associated with pipeline management, portfolio planning, sales mentor, and forecasting.
  • Develop partners and strengthen relationships to drive dedication to Citrix solutions
  • Use our territory team of specialists to drive enablement and marketing activities for partner training and marketing execution activities.
  • Bring to bear MDF and COOP funds successfully using Citrix Marketing assets.
  • Grow net new partner revenue through joint business, pipeline and forecast planning and
execution.
  • Increase customer happiness by coordinating Citrix and Partner resources throughout sales cycle.
  • Grow contribution of Citrix partners, enhancing capabilities required to sell entire Citrix portfolio.
  • Improve utilization of Marketing funds and ensure the best value on Partner lead activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ yrs partner/channel sales experience

  • 5+ yrs working with Google in a strategic partner capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and understanding in working across multiple global regions and cultures

  • Strong communication and partnership capabilities & with executive presence

  • Self sufficient and results-oriented with strong will to succeed

  • Confirmed partner marketing and execution skills

  • Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations to facilitate execution

  • Solid understanding of partner business models

  • The ability to influence and effect change to ensure execution

  • You have excellent analytics skills, ability to identify concerns and opportunity from data and to formulate proven recommendations

  • Ability to adapt quickly, multi-task and get results, while being self-sufficient
