The Sr. Manager, Digital Campaigns position provides strategic and operational support towards all aspects of Digital Marketing, including content, Social Media, Search and email nurturing while also contributing and collaborating on marketing efforts for verticals. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, and will work as part of a dynamic and global business to plan and develop marketing campaigns, content, collateral and programs to generate, engage and nurture leads and increase market share.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of current and to-be-hired campaign managers for ABM efforts, lead nurturing, marketo dissemination and demand content creation
  • Develop (internally working with PMMs or with vendors) new and revise existing content, collateral, materials associated with verticals
  • Work in partnership with and supervise the outsourced marketing materials, to develop briefs and guide to meet objectives for all ads, including digital, web, social media and other marketing collateral.
  • Define KPIs for further development of all Search and Social Media channels
  • Plan and prepare lead nurturing streams – build on drip and trigger based nurtures for each vertical
  • Support Growth and Field Marketing Managers by driving campaigns through various communication systems and tailoring messaging for their local markets when required.
  • Support customer co-marketing efforts with Sales and Brand teams
  • Integrated Digital Marketing Activities: Work and collaborate with other members of the Product Management team, Field, etc. to ensure an integrated, measurable, and effective digital strategy that is in alignment with the overall campaign.
  • Planning And Budgeting
  • Assist with the development of long term and annual marketing plans.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with Sr. Director of Growth Marketing to prepare and comply with budgets.

Supervision:

  • Supervise and manage staff to achieve team goals, as and when required.
  • Supervise and work with outside agencies and contractors to achieve department goals.
  • Participate as a member of cross-functional teams as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, business or a related creative field.
  • Must have at least 5 years' experience in marketing, promotion, & digital campaigns
  • High energy & high drive personality with a focus on success. Self-starter mindset is a must with a proven ability to work autonomously.
  • Must have excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation. The ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner when dealing with customers, field sales and company contacts is a must.
  • Must be fluent and comfortable in speaking, reading and writing English. Candidate must be capable of working in a multinational/multi-language environment.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact productively with others.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies. Experience with social media, marketing campaign production
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management background and skillsets.
  • Supervisory experience of staff or outsourced agencies is desirable.
  • Preferable experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Marketing Automation tools, Digital Asset Management tools and other marketing software.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office products.

This is a remote position.

For Colorado Applicants:
For candidates based in Colorado, depending on location, the pay range for this position is: $170K OTE, and will be comprised of base and variable compensation. This position is eligible to participate in Agora's equity program
