Job Description
IBSS is seeking a full-time Senior Lead Recruiting professional with experience hiring Cybersecurity and IT professionals. We’re seeking an assertive, results-oriented recruiting lead who will manage the full-life cycle recruitment process. The candidate will be expected to develop and implement innovative, proactive recruitment strategies and methods to address both short-term and long term talent acquisition needs. This may include, but not be limited to; identify key job fairs within the industry, establish a partnership with universities within the area, and establish a relationship with key technical organizations within our areas of expertise.

The Senior Lead Recruiter will work directly with the company’s executive leadership team. Must have the ability to work well in a team setting that is demanding, diverse, and fast paced. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of new employees based on our ISO 9001 recruiting process. The successful candidate will need to create and implement a successful recruiting strategy to support IBSS' aggressive growth initiative. The position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, supervise and attentively motivate recruiting team members who are responsible for qualifying and matching candidates to specific open positions.
  • Responsible for utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (JobVite) for tracking candidates, recruiting outreach compliance, and optimizing the capabilities and features of the system.
  • Manage and track the data analytics for executive management of the recruiting team relating to the investment of resources including; current sources usage, sponsored/paid job postings, and applicants vs. candidates sourced.
  • Guide IBSS’ hiring managers and other key stakeholders on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business, client needs and specific talent pools.
  • Lead and develop strategic campaigns for advertising and marketing employment opportunities by implementing “out of the box methods.”
  • Delegate recruitment projects and initiatives to target developing “talent pipelines” for each of the company’s divisions including; cybersecurity, IT, scientific, and professional services.
  • Identify qualified candidates through referrals, networking, job sites, industry websites, campus recruiting, meet-ups, direct recruitment/sourcing, blogs and social media.
  • Source, qualify and match a candidate’s qualifications against a technical job description.
  • Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.
  • Maintain compliant records of recruiting activities in accordance with EEO, OFCCP, and ISO quality standards.
  • Create, implement and track recruitment metrics on a regular basis.
  • Assist the Hiring Managers in creating clear and effective job descriptions.
  • Partner with the management team to fully understand channel and market challenges, recruiting specifications and develop an appropriate recruiting strategy.
  • Create, lead and drive candidate-centric focus across the recruiting team. Model, monitor and ensure best-in-class candidate care throughout the recruiting life cycle.
  • Lead team and contribute individually in developing recruiting specifications with hiring managers, including facilitating recruiting strategy.
  • Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.
  • Assist with other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience including cybersecurity.
  • General understanding of Information Technology, Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven methodology of tracking potential candidates to develop talent pipelines.
  • Ability to source technical roles and essential skills/requirements within IT and Cybersecurity government space.
  • Experience working in and managing a high-volume recruiting workload in a fast paced, structured environment, while adhering to strict deadlines and completing priorities/projects.
  • Proven ability to provide innovative solutions and think strategically to address recruiting challenges in identifying top talent.
  • Exhibits the fundamental skills to attract, lead, coach, motivate and inspire a team of recruiters and understand and prioritize and communicate resourcing needs.
  • Experience with building a robust ATS system to optimize utilization and features to better improve upon internal recruiting processes and workflow.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to develop successful networks with staff at all levels (including C level executives) and HR partners with confidence and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with JobVite ATS is preferred.
  • Experience with various job board resources including; LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and Dice.
  • Familiarity and experience with recruiting for security cleared professionals.
  • Consistently abreast of technology trends and engage/attract technical professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. experience managing multiple relationships and volume vacancies.
  • Takes initiative, responsible, "can-do" attitude with a strong work ethic in leading by example in attendance, timeliness and follow-up.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Word and Excel software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is desired
  • Professional certifications relating to recruiting and talent acquisition.
