Job Summary

AmeriPharma Pharmacy is looking for a highly skilled Technical candidate that can assist with daily technology-based activities in support of our pharmacy located in Orange CA. The candidate will show versed knowledge, and strong aptitude in the following core areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Management
  • Microsoft Active Directory user management
  • IPv4 LAN/WAN Network based troubleshooting
  • Remote Desktop Support
  • Error log event, Task Manager, and Resource management
  • PC Hardware Support - Repair, Re-Imaging, Installations
  • PC Operating System Support (Win10/8/7/MAC OS)
  • PC Applications support (Gsuite Office Apps / Microsoft Office 365)
  • Windows Workgroup Shared Networks
  • Network printer support
  • Network VOIP Phone device support
  • Android mobile Phone device support
  • IOS iPad Tablet Support
  • Network fax support
  • Network Scanner support
  • Cloud Email Support
  • FTP tools Winscp/Filezilla
  • standard IT LAN/WAN
  • Help desk support and proprietary application support for native PIS systems in the Pharmacy. Error resolution will be the main focus of this candidate.
  • Other duties as assigned
