Job Description

The Role

MoPub is looking for demand analyst to lead engagement efforts with MoPub demand clients - agencies and advertisers. This role will be working closely with Demand teams to develop key performance metrics for customers, provide recommendations on spend and performance, create best practices for teams to impact the business and contribute to a culture by innovating those best practices. You will work with virtually every team at the company to develop data-driven insights and strategies for both DSPs and agencies to maximize their returns from the MoPub Marketplace through MoPub’s unique supply advantage as the mediation platform. In this role you should be comfortable combing through and writing formulas in SQL/ Excel/ Google Sheets as well as interfacing with top clients and internal business leads.


Qualifications

What you’ll do:

  • Help create our process of working with Agencies, Advertisers, and Brand DSPs

  • Guide other analysts on how to create similar impacts for our external clients

  • Use data and logic to impact client and business success by providing analysis, insights, reports, and actionable recommendations

  • Consult both with clients directly and with the account management teams who support them in order to educate, share insights, discuss solutions and explain results

  • Develop strategies and processes to identify efficiency for clients and/ or MoPub

  • Create data-driven hypotheses, test, evaluate and execute changes based on findings

  • Work with product management to integrate proven strategies into our products and with data engineering to expand access to data

  • Tell the MoPub story through numbers to help create a common understanding between MoPub and new clients; provide the story through numbers to Marketing in order to help create marketing collateral

  • Maintain and enforce high standards in data analysis

Requirements:

  • BA / BS degree (MBA a plus, but not required)

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Analytics/ BI/ Product role
