As Vendavo continues to expand our portfolio of cloud-native, SaaS solutions, we are looking to add a Senior Director Product Management to our existing team. This person will manage a team of product managers that manage part of Vendavo’s SaaS product portfolio. This person, and their team that they manage, will work with in a very cross-functional process that includes product marketing, user-experience, engineering, sales, marketing, and professional services to prioritize and drive new products and features through the product development life cycle, all in a fast-paced, agile environment. The Senior Director Product Management will sometimes need to be “hands-on” with product management responsibilities but will, more often than not, operate in a people management and cross-functional leadership role. This position can be partially or completely virtual/remote, and may be based in a US or European time zone for optimal coordination with team members in both the US and Europe.

• Lead a team of product managers (and their respective cross-functional teams) who are responsible for parts of the Vendavo SaaS product portfolio
• Oversee key aspects of Vendavo’s go-to-market framework and processes for bringing innovative SaaS solutions to our target market
• Help direct and set product strategies, objectives and set KPI targets
• Oversee and direct the activities necessary to accomplish the company’s product strategies and commercial objectives such as bookings and revenue growth, profitability, and customer/revenue retention.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with your peers in management across the organization when appropriate
• Serve as an advisor and trusted partner to the Chief Product Officer and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the product teams are operating efficiently, achieving their goals and remaining aligned with the rest of the business

• 5+ years experience in hiring, team-building and high-performance team management, ensuring those around you can be successful.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships within and across the organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience in product management especially software/high-tech
• Proven experience working in or with B2B industries and large enterprises
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced quantitative skills (statistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, optimization) are a plus
• Experience with Agile development methodologies a plus
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing Curriculum or similar is a plus
