Role

Do you love building vibrant partner ecosystems? Have you led all aspects of a partner marketing program from awareness, through demand generation to advocacy? If you have talent for building new relationships, are able to craft compelling solutions, and have an exceptional ability to manage many moving programs and parts, we want to talk to you! You will lead our Global Partner Marketing team - working to create powerful partnerships that build reputation, pipeline and impact for Splunk.

Responsibilities
  • Evolve our Global Partner Marketing strategy to capture the massive potential as Splunk embraces the cloud. Focus on strategic positioning and demand creation with our largest partners to deliver awareness, pipeline and strengthen our 2,400-strong partner community.
  • Own the strategy, plan, budget and KPIs to deliver against our objectives
  • Develop scalable marketing programs and demand generation programs to leverage across the partner community, including co-branded campaigns, tools and assets to help partners create pipeline
  • Own and evolve partner engagement programs, including the Partner Advisory Council, executive sponsor program, and Global Partner Summit
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Technology, and across the marketing organization to design and deliver integrated campaigns along the digital customer journey
  • Lead and manage our Partner Marketing team, helping to develop their talent and increase their impact as the business scales
Requirements
  • 15+ years’ experience in marketing, including channel marketing, building large-scale integrated global programs inside a B2B tech or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven success of building global partner campaigns across multiple channels and markets
  • Passion for technology and building integrated campaigns with technology partners of all size and scale
  • Ability to manage and grow teams of 10+, and passion for bringing out the best in people.
  • Track record of being a trusted collaborator with the ability to interact clearly and concisely with customers, executives, marketing and sales – inside many departments and at all levels.
  • High integrity and an attitude of mutual respect and mindfulness.
  • Excellent communications, project management, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset to continuously measure and evaluate impact and value, and a high growth mindset to be willing to iterate programs as they grow
  • Bachelors’ degree required in Marketing or similar field. MBA preferred.
