Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cyber Threat

Technical Intel Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

In this innovative, self-contained, Big Data environment, the ManTech team is responsible for everything from infrastructure, to application development, to data science, to advanced analytics and beyond. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Leveraging technical skills and experience to analyze large data sets thoroughly and efficiently to identify anomalous activity, particularly activity that would not be flagged by less technical analysts

· Proposing new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities

· Performing all-source analysis in support of the Sponsor’s mission

· Detecting fraud, waste, abuse, and misuse of information technologies systems

· Participating in technical meetings and working groups to address issues

· Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required

· Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners and customers as needed

Basic qualifications

· At least 6 years of investigative or cybersecurity experience, using a combination of technical and analytic skills

· Demonstrated knowledge of multiple operating systems at the command-line level, and a strong understanding of IT networks

· Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared data analysis and briefings

· Demonstrated effectiveness in collecting and analyzing highly technical information and accurately representing/visualizing it to non-technical third parties

· Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay abreast of technology trends

· Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Hands-on experience in the Sponsor’s environment, particularly experience in system administration, incident response, penetration testing, data exploitation, or a related field

· Familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language

· Familiarity with standard Cloud providers and related technologies

· Working knowledge of social media platforms

· Current or previous cybersecurity certifications

Security Clearance Requirements:

· TS/SCI with Poly

Physical Requirements:

· Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

· The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Pay: $82,479.00 - $250,000.00 per year
