Senior Client Relations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Client Relations Specialist, you'll be part of a team that manages strategic client relationships, plans client accounts and helps to develop client solutions. In this role, you'll work remotely until the company returns to office (no date at this time). At which time, the role will be based in our Albany, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares clients for project/product implementation and provide daily support.

• Provides regular communication with the client and anticipates, researches, and solves client issues of a moderate to complex scope.

• Analyzes root cause, understands the scope and impact of a problem, and prioritizes and escalates issues appropriately.

• Gathers information to produce internal and external reporting.

• Participates in development initiatives that cross the organization.

Qualifications

• The ideal will have a background in client support and service.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), relationship and collaboration skills.
• Understand how to collect and communicate client needs, strategies and goals in order to support client requests.
• Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Efficient time management with strong organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.
