We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our growing portfolio with multiple product offerings. We are focused on accelerating our growth and scaling the business and this role is critical to our success. There is a tremendous amount of innovation ahead to achieve this scale with institutional quality servicing systems, data, reporting and operational process. This role will be remote to start and then preferably based out of an Intuit office located in San Francisco, CA; Mountain View, CA; or Plano, TX; once Intuit COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. This position will report to the Head of Servicing for QuickBooks Capital. What you'll bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years professional experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in Compliance or Business Operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial or consumer lending, including familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations, such as ECOA, FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, UDAP, GLBA/Privacy, OFAC and 3rd party vendor management.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently – self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

How you will lead
  • Assess current operations and propose enhancements to strengthen the program
  • Communicate issues and recommendations to the Business and Compliance Teams
  • Monitor Capital email box to support customers and lead remediation efforts working with Operations and Compliance team
  • Assist with a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the Servicing Team
  • Validate issues and perform remediation testing to ensure compliance
  • Support the integration and implementation of new Third Party Servicers
  • Ensure internal stakeholder’s needs and issues are being addressed by Third Party Servicer including data analysis to identify clear paths to resolution.
  • Support other business functions with projects on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Drive a rapid innovation cycle that maximizes speed, quality and operational efficiencies.
