Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, knows how to research online, has performed data entry previously, can perform admin tasks, and more to support our owner. Responsibilities Include:

*Formatting Resumes

· Calendar Management - Personal and business calendar management- scheduling and coordinating appointments as necessary.

· Coaching clients on documents

Research- This may include research on events, travel, projects, etc. Provide research results to the team members within an established time frame.

· Administrative Tasks- this may include but is not limited to: inbox management, calendar management, transcription, standard business correspondence, research, and data entry.

· CRM Data Entry– managing and entering data into the company CRM system.

· File Management – Manage company files and folders within Google Drive. This work includes creating documents and spreadsheets in Microsoft Office or Google Drive.

· Email Management- this may require, among other responsibilities, responding to and organizing emails as necessary.

· Leads and Client Communication- communicate with leads and customers by phone, email. Work with Facebook to communicate with potential leads.

· Meetings - Attend in-person and virtual meetings.

· Weekly Reporting – Create and send weekly reports.

· Travel Management – book and manage travel for the owner, as needed.

Needed Skills:

· Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

· Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office, G Suite Products).

· Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).

· Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Solid organizational skills.

Needed Skills:
