We are looking for a Security Representative to become a key member of the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) - Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) department within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Palmdale, California.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Develop, administer and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.

Develop and execute security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies.

Be responsible for ensuring compliance with Personnel Security Standards Governing Eligibility for access to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), Top Secret/Special Access Program (SAP) and assist in preparing, submitting, and archiving personnel security clearances.

Work closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations.

Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

Perform processing of PAR packages, conduct indoctrination briefings, complete PIAs/customer visits and provide support for classified meetings.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

This position is in Palmdale, CA ? Discover Palmdale.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience evaluating Program Security Guides and Government Directives to include at least one of the following: NISPOM, ICD, DoD SAP Manuals, and JSIG directives.
Desired Skills:
Must have a thorough understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the NISPOM, DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals, Intelligence Community Directives; ICD 705; and DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals Volumes 1-4. An active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred as well as the ability to obtain and maintain program access(es).

Able to perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual personnel security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) endeavors.

Experienced Security Professional with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Must be well organized and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Candidate should be a quick learner, self-starter, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Candidate needs to be comfortable with public speaking situations for program specific briefings and other required training. Knowledge of the SCI and or SAP Security Education, Training and Awareness program

Able to deliver customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with the use of JPAS, JADE, SESIDS, or equivalent database personnel records systems.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
