JOB SNAPSHOT

Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Environment: Retail/Security Officer Greeter
Pay Rate: $16.50 HR

General Job Functions: Greeter/Front Entrance, Observe, survey and report activities at the assigned site.

Shift & Hours: 3 PM - 10 PM Friday -Tuesday

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
  • Greet customers upon entrance
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Ability to read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have good customer services skills
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
  • A current CA Guard Card and additional 32 HR. BSIS training is required (32 HR trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
  • A valid CA Driver License is required
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Pass an extensive screening process
