What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead a scheduling team including the “after-hours” schedulers
  • Accurately matching each CAREGiver’s skill set with the needs of clients
  • Ensure all documentation and communication is clear, concise, and correct
  • Communicates the coordination of client care information, changes to care, and provides details to all relevant team members, other providers, and family members

The right candidate:

  • Has home care scheduling experience but it’s not a deal-breaker if you don’t
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment (90% of our calls are for scheduling!)
  • Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Has a strong desire to help others
  • Motivates and inspires others to achieve goals
  • Has strong multi-tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Has computer skills
