Job Description

Scheduling Coordinator with an emphasis on sales for a busy court reporting firm with ample room for advancement. Responsible for scheduling court reporting, conference rooms, video conferencing, videographers, interpreters, and other litigation support services. The position requires knowledge of calendaring/scheduling, basic sales and business concepts, current technical skills and an overriding focus on customer service. Additionally, the position requires personal maturity, a high degree of organization and time management. Training on process, sales and software is provided. This is a full-time position 8:30-5:30 p.m and you may have the option to work daily out of our Sarasota or St. Pete office if preferred.

This role is vital in maintaining our existing client base in our company's lead markets and also growth by developing relationships with key decision makers within the legal industry throughout the state of Florida and occasionally beyond.

Your job will be to promote company’s services as it relates to court reporting, litigation services and more to existing and potential law firms building relationships with each phone call. We are looking for a talented and competitive individual who thrives in a quick paced sales environment.

Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Possess an understanding of the importance of customer service
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and quality-focused team player
  • Works independently and requires little oversight
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and general navigation of computers and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

  • Execute company scheduling process as trained in accordance with our policies and culture
  • Ensure that office is prepared and ready to welcome new clients
  • Will provide backup for Production Specialist as needed
  • Emails, lead generation and rapport building within potential client call-ins.
  • Maintain ongoing business with existing clients.
  • Generate growth in both existing and additional new firms, while achieving revenue goals.
  • Source new sales through inbound leads and quote requests to forward to Director of Business Engagement (DBE).
  • Frequent communication with key clients and DBE providing excellent client satisfaction and follow through on work performed.
  • Answering basic customer questions and following up on all inquiries to resolution.
  • Learn our services and technology.
  • Perform virtual product support and demonstrations.
  • Build/nurture relationships with our court reporters and other vendors, affiliates.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in sales and/or the legal support field
  • Self-motivated, team player with great organizational skills who can multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and through emails.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products, ZOOM and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
