The Scheduler is responsible for creating efficient schedules and coordinating with our caregivers to work best around their schedules while meeting the needs of our clients. These tasks are always performed under our Core Focus of "Improving our Clients' Lives".
  • Create and modify caregiver and client schedules.
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers regarding their schedules and/or schedule changes.
  • Plays a role in interfacing with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure safe, appropriate and meaningful care is being provided in tandem with the Care Coordinator.
  • Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
  • Answers phone calls from clients, caregivers, and new prospective clients with the goal of converting to actual clients.
  • The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting with experience in scheduling and ClearCare software, and they must have have excellent communication skills.
The desired candidate will possess the following:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Able to work under a sometimes busy office environment.
  • Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
