We offer: Competitive compensation and rewardsBest-in-class healthcare for you and your familyPowerful savings programsTraining and career progressionSanitation Utility Operator-Night ShiftAs a Sanitation Utility Operator you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our sanitation operations: completing general sanitation duties throughout the plant, assisting with cycle count, providing forklift support in the manufacturing processes, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.Location city, state: Carlisle, PAHours: 6 PM - 6 AM; Rotating 2-2-3 12 hour shift schedule (Every other weekend off)Wage: $21.62 per hourLand O’Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package as well as many other companies sponsored benefits.BONUS: $300 bonus after completing 90 day probationary period$700 bonus after completing 6 months of employmentTotal of $1,000 bonusPREFERRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GEDREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 18 years or older6 plus months of solid work experience in any industryBasic computer skillsPhysical Requirements for production positions regularly include: •Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements •Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment •Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present •Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime Applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.
