Sanitation Technician

To provide a clean and safe working environment for all internal customers.Responsibilities: 1. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors in all areas of the facility according to daily schedules.
2. Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities as scheduled daily.
3. Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break room as scheduled daily.
4. Empty all trash cans and replace liners as needed daily.
5. Strip and wax floors quarterly or as assigned.
6. Observes safety and security procedures. Report potentially unsafe conditions.
7. Other duties may be assigned
8. Position requires mandatory overtime.Qualifications: No high school diploma required in lieu of experience.
1-2 years previous related experience
Must be able to work with cleaning products and solvents
Must be able to follow both written and oral directions
