Responsibilities:

  • Supports European Wax Center’s Mission, to help people feel unapologetically confident, through inspiring communication, integrity, and passion for the Brand.
  • Serves as the Leader to coach and motivate Associates while upholding a culture that builds exceptional internal and external Guest Experiences. This is accomplished through daily coaching, Guest Engagement, and building an emotional connection to the brand.
  • Drives the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse range of talented individuals.
  • Trains Associates to establish trust and to build guest loyalty by becoming experts in performing quality services, educating guests on packages, and products to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Develops a business strategy and helps to translate into specific priorities, objectives, and action plans.
  • Oversees inventory and payroll process
  • Upholds all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Handbook, and Corporate Policies.


Knowledge and Skill Requirement:

  • Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance
  • Places the guest first. Coaches Associates to connect with our guests. Builds brand loyalty and establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation, and service
  • Ability to learn and accurately operate a POS system(s)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, will all levels, even under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drive results
  • Proven ability to create a positive work environment
  • Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including, days, evenings, and weekends
