About This Role

The Salesforce Analyst (Sr. HRIS Analyst) will be responsible for maintaining our Salesforce Care platform which supports HR Shares Services, Leave and Accommodations, Payroll, HRIS and Field HR Teams. The person in this role will configure and update system functionality, features, reports, and provide insights for maintaining data integrity and data analysis between HR Systems. An emphasis will be placed on working with cross functional process owners, IT, Workforce Analytics, and vendors while taking a lead role in projects as we expand our Salesforce capabilities. This role sits within the HRIS organization and requires a team player with a strong customer focus, bigger picture thinking, who can understand the interconnectedness of our systems and data and is able to apply Salesforce functionality to HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, and experience with HR systems in a systems administrator capacity. Successful candidates will have experience documenting requirements, system configuration, developing and executing test scripts, SaaS trouble shooting, and reporting.

This position is located at our Corporate offices in a beautiful country setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA which is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the cross functional teams to understand business processes, goals and gaps to implement solutions (e.g. automating and improving workflows) that address business needs
  • Development of Executive Level reporting
  • Support team lead in requirements gathering and testing new HR integrations
  • Support other teams with any issues they face with respect to HR data flow between systems
  • Partner closely with various business teams (Shared Services, Leave & Accommodations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure open communication regarding project updates
  • Assist the team with project management and execution of new Releases (e.g. service updates, integrations, new configurations)
  • Assist in system testing by executing test scripts, identifying integration change impacts and documenting new functionality releases
  • Serve as the point of contact on integration files between HRIS and other outside vendors that includes enhancing, solving existing issues with integration systems and debugging file transfer failures
  • Provide integration support as needed to end users
  • Build, test and deploy new integrations as needed by business
  • Assist in creating a repository for integration technical specification documents and other workflow documentation for new and existing integrations
  • Assist with integration security audits on a timely basis to ensure data integrity and system security
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 4 year of experience (6 years w Associate's Degree) working with Core HR or Salesforce

  • Working knowledge of HR systems and processes

  • Well versed in system data structure, file/integration specifications

  • Advanced in report writing, joining data & pivot tables

  • Experienced with backend SaaS system configuration

  • Strong analytical skills: can understand complex data relationships and system technical requirements and also explain these things simply to others

  • Has the ability to adapt and drive process change

  • Creative problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly

  • Dedicated to excellent customer service

  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical formats

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Willingness Requirements:

  • Willingness to work the required schedule M-F at our corporate hq.

  • Willingness to occasionally work offsite evenings/weekends, after hours as needed during upgrades and implementations

  • Willingness to travel as necessary, typically a few times a year for conferences or project collaboration
