Sales/Business Development-Sales BDC
The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative / Client Care Coordinator answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. He or she receives, processes, and coordinates all incoming sales inquiries, requests, and internet queries.
In addition, he or she performs clerical and administrative duties for the Sales Department. The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education or training, previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and a working knowledge of automotive sales.
He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
General Responsibilities:
· Answer customer calls
· Drive traffic for the Sales Department by setting appointments for prospective customers
· Responding to Internet request
· Respond to customer emails and texts
· Handling incoming calls
· Following up on customer visits
· Provide customers with initial product information
· Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment
· Missed/Cancelled Appointment Follow Up
· Lease Expiration Client Management
· Prepare client VIP Folders
· Greet Customers and perform introduction to specialist
· Minimum 100 Outbound Phone Calls Daily
· Document all customer notes in VIN Solutions CRM

Schedule will be provided by direct supervisor. Schedule may vary and is subject to change. Open availability required.
