Job Description

Beyond's Sales Advocate will be a member of the Sales Enablement Team reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement. In Sales Enablement our goal is simple - Remove any, and all, obstacles to Seller success.

As a Sales Advocate you will spend a majority of your time designing and conducting training, but you will wear many hats, including Facilitator, Designer, Problem Solver, Coach, Analysis, and Sales Support. You will work with several internal partners to identify performance, process, and learning gaps, and then implement strategies to close those gaps.

What You Will Do

  • Focus on Seller Success!
  • Collaborate daily with the Sales Leaders, Enablement peers, and other departments
  • Become proficient in the delivery of our New Hire Sales program
  • Facilitate training sessions to remote sellers on a weekly basis
  • Establish methods to measure training impact.
  • Participate in post-learning event analysis and feedback sessions
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and feedback to new Sales professionals
  • Partner directly with Sales leaders to identify opportunities for learning
  • Identify training / sales support needs
  • Design & develop quick reference materials including: User guides, job aids, and tip sheets
  • Create video and audio content
  • Aid in the development, documentation, and fine-tuning of internal process
  • General problem solver for Sales leaders and their teams.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience with Instructional Design, and Facilitation
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance competing priorities
  • Highly organized
  • Outcome-driven & results driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • A team player
  • Can meet project milestones while juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability, not afraid to get hands-on
  • Track record of building relationships across a range of internal partners
  • Experience working with internal partners (Product, Sales, etc.) to identify learning opportunities
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information as easy-to-understand sales material
  • Ability to develop media-rich, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions
  • Experience with virtual learning
  • Knowledge of sales concepts such as: Sales Process, Sales Funnel, CRM, and forecasting
  • Payment Processing experience a plus
  • Louisville, KY location (Home/office hybrid)
