Honeywell Intelligrated is seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical sales support for the entire organization while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Follow designated processes and standardized reports that enable rapid and accurate financial reporting.

Provides accurate revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Analyze reports and process data for forecast accuracy Provides support for the parts business and communicate effectively with primary account managers, project managers and/or customers Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Sales organization


YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of sales support experience


WE VALUE

  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in a business filed such as Marketing, Sales/Sales Support, Finance or Business Administration
  • Moderate Sales Support experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Ability to influence across a broader organization
  • Solid financial acumen, understanding pricing as well as revenue and gross profit drivers
  • Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite, Excel, Word, Publisher and Power Point
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal to address all levels within internal and external teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Open minded, creative and flexible to develop solutions & parts sales strategies
