THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a Full-Time position, M-F 8am-5pm.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

THE PERFECT FIT*:

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

THE DAY TO DAY: *

  • Present, promote and sell products/services
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Experience in traveling to present in trade shows / exhibits

THE VITALS:

  • 2+ years prospecting, pitching and closing new customers.
  • Experience presenting in person and virtual demos of a product via screen share.
  • Experience with pipeline generation and management.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Hubspot CRM, Zoominfo & similar sales technology
  • Working knowledge of prospecting with online tools; Linkedin, social platforms
  • Highly Motivated, coachable, and strong work ethic to join the top 1% in sales.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills with a positive approach.
  • 2+ Years selling a product or service with repeat relational sales methods would be desired but not required.
  • Must be a team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior client service and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Periodic travel for events
  • Long-Term - We’re not looking for someone who’s half-invested. Our team is growing FAST and we want you to grow with us. The right candidate will be looking to contribute for the long haul.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed. (50+ lbs)
  • Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • The ability to pass a drug test/background screen
  • The ability to speak/read English fluently
