Job Description

Position Summary: Sales Representative

Blue Robin sales representatives will be responsible for customer acquisition and sales revenue. This candidate will report to the VP/Commercial Leader to build sales pipeline, execute sales strategy, refine sales processes and grow the Blue Robin business. Travel will be required when restrictions for COVID are lifted.

Position Accountabilities

  • Reach revenue targets and maximize customer retention, gross margin, and market penetration.
  • Ensure sales territory plan is in place to meet or exceed goals; utilizes CRM and sales tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assess customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy.
  • Strategically partners with the marketing, customer success, product development, and operations teams to create customer value
  • Incorporates Voice of Customer (VOC), analytics into decisions and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or business-related field preferred
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Experience calling on C-suite is desirable
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales process, problem solving and analytical skills required
