The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the West Region Sales Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Ops Associate works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with and supports Sales team (both in office and remote staff)
  • Assist with ongoing process improvement between departments
  • Provide ongoing sales knowledge to the team, either through weekly meetings or email communication
  • Review pricing and proposal documents for accuracy
  • Review and approve CPQ pricing
  • Process client contracts through CRM/AX and assign Project Managers as required
  • Provide contract packets to Kastle Controllerr for execution
  • Scan and upload fully executed contracts to CRM and Kastle database
  • Closely monitor quarterly numbers and manage pipeline
  • Ensure accurate forecasting to GM and assist sales to achieve quarterly goals
  • Provide weekly pipeline report to GM
  • Run Monday morning pipeline meeting in GM’s absence
  • Produce any necessary sales reports for GM
  • Track and provide monthly “approved discount” list to accounting for each sales rep
  • Track and provide and review monthly sales reports for accuracy
  • Continuously update and maintain the Sales Accountes in CRM (and associated customer/prospect accounts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales Operations experience a plus
  • Professional, polished in appearance and able to communicate in a detailed and articulate manner.
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) or ability to learn quickly
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to accurately prioritize workload
  • Ability to research and analyze to provide best possible solutions
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Experience with sales force automation systems/CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Other Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.
  • Must be willing to participate in and pass the company’s pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.
