Sales Assistant Job Profile

  • Assists in developing positive working relationships with key referral partners through marketing initiatives and event planning
  • Assists Community Relations Director with follow-up communication to market contacts
  • Assist with maintaining current database of existing and potential referral sources
  • Assist with managing and updating contact and account database in real time to include scheduled and completed marketing activity, pre-call plans, outcomes and information related to the contact(s)
  • Assist with monthly special events and presentations
  • Supports with inquiries, referral relationships, admissions process, and other related activities
  • Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state regulations
  • Assist with other community relations activities as assigned
  • Prepares assigned reports in a timely and accurate manner

Sales Assistant Job Requirements

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy goals in a senior living environment – preferably assisted living, nursing home, or memory care.
  • Ideally, this candidate would possess a Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications or related field.
