Enghouse Networks is looking to hire a seasoned Sales Executive with experience in selling a multi-product OSS portfolio that includes Service Assurance, Network Inventory and Resource Planning, Network Management.


Key Responsibilities:


This position requires strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, end-to-end sales life cycles.


Your primary objective will be to expand the sales pipeline in North America and deliver on assigned sales quota targets for the region. You will report to the Vice President Sales.


This is a hunter role ideal for a candidate with effective prospecting skills that enable identifying, penetrating and closing on new logo business.


You will participate and contribute with innovative thought leadership and compelling solutions to prospects, creating demand for the Enghouse portfolio. This will include educating potential clients on industry trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:


  • At a minimum, five years direct sales experience gained selling a multi-product OSS portfolio to Broadband Service Providers in United States and Canada across Tier 1, 2, 3.
  • New logo business: should have closed more than 70% of annual targets from new logos.
  • Be aware and respond to industry and market changes/challenges by understanding key characteristics, issues and the factors driving them. Aware of competitor's products, services and positioning.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals and earnings
  • Possess the social skills to cultivate relationships with decision makers

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – English
  • Available for business travel – North America
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
