What success looks like in this role:

Ideal candidate will function as a Solution and Services Practioner responsible for managing the end to end Deal Lifecycle processes. Will drive a uniform approach in the development and communication of processes and procedures that will result in increased win rates. Continually identify and drive efficiencies and process improvements. Review and inspect the development of the pursuit strategy and win theme in collaboration with deal teams focusing on client business outcomes for critical must win pursuits. Support sales teams in client-facing, opportunity-based communications. Facilitate and contribute to Win Shaping Labs, including the creation of Message Platform. Translate win themes into proposals and executive briefing content. Support orals preparation and create a compelling client engagement. Help sales and SMEs perform and contribute at their best.

Key metrics: Ease of use for Opportunity Owner, substantial cross-sell/upsell in account plans. Advocate for SFDC utilization.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years relevant experience with communication and marketing emphasis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, predictability and prioritization.
  • Must possess knowledge of sales, communication, and portfolio value propositions.
  • Strong in multitasking and have the ability to prioritize the portfolio of deals.
  • Must be adaptable to fast paced ever changing environment where deliverables must be executed with speed efficiency based on senior leadership requirements.
  • Must have experience collaborating across matrixed teams and the ability to build strong working relationships with leaders.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and utilize active listening with the ability to translate between genres of communication (ex: collaborative brainstorming into written narrative).
  • Must have the ability to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for different groups and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a consensus-driven organization and to create consensus-based support for strategies and processes is required
  • Must be resourceful and utilize creativity.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicting opinions while maximizing individual contribution.
