Sales Development Representative

If you are looking for the uncapped income, control over your career and relationship building that a sales career offers, but haven’t found a comfortable stepping stone to develop your confidence in a commission-based opportunity, this is the role for you.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is specifically for candidates who have a desire to be in a sales career, but need a chance to master the basics of sales development. You do not need sales experience for this position, but you do need a desire to grow your income, confidence and career opportunities in order to take advantage of the program we’ve put together.

We’ve built our training and job duties from the ground up to build confidence in sales by pairing each Sales Development Representative with an established, successful Sales Professional to help grow their business together!

Typical job duties include:

  • Developing prospect lists using cutting edge technology;
  • Booking appointments with specific verbiage, dialogues and coaching we provide;
  • Reaching out to existing customers to uncover new opportunities;
  • Maximizing the Sales Professional’s time by answering customer questions;
  • Helping the Sales Professional prepare for their client meetings

Training:

  • Structured, 12-week training and development program built to develop talent;
  • One-on-one support from the Sales Professional you’re partnering with;
  • Dedicated training manager providing both daily and weekly training resources, clear expectations and mentorship/coaching;
  • Weekly time in the field with your Sales Professional observing client interactions and our selling process

With the training, support, resources and methodologies we provide, you will not only be able to increase your income through generating sales for your partner, but you will also develop confidence in your ability to succeed in sales on your own.

At the end of the 12 week training period, Sales Development Representatives who perform well in our program are offered full-time positions as Outside Sales Professionals, unlocking even more opportunities to expand their career and fulfill their dreams.

SDRs are able to earn lucrative commissions on assisted sales they generate for the Sales Professional they work with in addition to a highly competitive hourly rate.
