Job Description

We Care Spa is a world-renowned detoxification and holistic healing resort and spa near Palm Springs. Our guests travel from across the US and around the world to experience a life-changing approach to health via our detoxifying and juice-fasting regimen.

Our Reservations Team sets the pre-arrival tone and inspires our guests to embark on their holistic journey to greater health and is an integral part of our expert Customer Service. Experienced candidates must demonstrate an ability to focus on the guest’s needs at all times. A work history that highlights your attention to detail and follow-through, computer skills, superior phone and communication skills, and a team-oriented approach to customer service will support your application. You will train on every aspect of the We Care Spa Program and our customized Spa treatments to be able to convey their significance. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Describe our Program and Spa experience vividly, accurately and sincerely, inspiring guests to reserve. Closing sales.
  • Creating Spa Itineraries and maximizing the guest's experience.
  • Function as the public voice of the business as the primary telephone attendant.
  • Correspond with guests through phone calls and emails. Must be comfortable and excel at hospitality-focused sales strategies, including high conversion of call volume.
  • Project genuine warmth and concern with a natural ability to direct the conversation to spark excitement.
  • Candidates must be engaging, persuasive, and great on the phone.
  • Actively fill cancellations to ensure 100% occupancy at all times.
  • Confidentiality of guest information, including credit cards and contact information.

A background in hotel/Spa hospitality is strongly preferred. We are seeking sales oriented people who thrive when they deliver exceptional customer service. Front Desk Agent experience is relatable if you have the ambition for sales.

This is a FULL-TIME position of 40 hours per week. The schedule will include weekends/holidays as a REQUIREMENT. Starting Pay: Competitive hourly PLUS incentive PLUS gratuities; additional consideration given for relevant experience

Requirements:

  • Education: High School or GED; relevant Associates degree preferred
  • Experience: at least 3 years of related work; luxury hotel a definite plus
