Easy Ice combines top-quality ice-making machines with top-level support. With our preventive ice machine maintenance, cleanings, and breakdown ice, customers will have a dependable supply of ice seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Denver, Co market. This candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to assist the Sales Representatives in establishing new accounts. This position requires a person that strives to assist in the growth of a rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Representatives to ensure prompt communication with customers and proper documentation to maximize sales potentials.
Assist in several local marketing initiatives, working closely with the Sales Managers.
Work closely with Sales reps to secure the first order while building a lasting business relationship with our customers.
Proactively manage customers’ expectations regarding timing, and quality service during the sales and installation processes.
Setting up new accounts and coordinate with operations on all necessary documentation
Positively impact the customer retention efforts and reputation of the company.
Position Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience
3-5 years of experience in customer service role
Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the company.
Working knowledge of computer programs and multi-line phone systems.
