Mia's Wish was founded in 2011. We believe that nature holds the key to happiness. We formulate and handcraft over 150 products locally, all made with love.

If you enjoy engaging in conversation with customers and want to spread the word about the benefits of natural, great-smelling skincare, then this is the job for you!

A Retail Sales Associate represents the company and assists customers by assessing their needs and helping them find the right products.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide guests a pleasant, world class shopping experience by sharing your knowledge of products with customers
• Keep displays, products, signs and work areas clean and organized
• Re-stock product when necessary
• Operate a register system, balance drawer
• Assist in inventory management
• Package and/or label products as needed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet store goals and objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

• Able to enthusiastically engage in conversation with our guests
• A positive, upbeat attitude
