Job Description

An in-house marketing director at French Broad Adventures (FBA) would:

  • Liaison with our external marketing and media partners to improve tracking of ROI, to develop new and better marketing strategies, and to launch PR campaigns under their direction.
  • Procure photos and videos of all FBA's activities for use in marketing and social media campaigns (aka, go on awesome outdoor adventures to take pictures and video!)
  • Nurture relationship with local Chambers of Commerce, area businesses, and hotel partners. Attend events, network with contacts, and find opportunities for better representation and exposure for all activities at FBA.
  • Advise on and steer print, digital, and social media marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist with reservationist training, for the purposes of increasing sales.
  • Maintain our current reseller partnerships and initiate new relationships.
  • Support our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals in marketing, hiring, and all other forms of representation of our brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We have a large work space in Asheville's RAD where they can work in a COVID-friendly space (with lots of windows, plenty of airflow, and very few other people) if desired. This job is also well suited to remote work, and outdoor activities of course!
