Job Description
GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
A Safety Coordinator in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Texas area is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous progressive experience. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Review, implement, and assist on safety regulations and standards to project management and field personnel
Conduct safety training for job site personnel
Conduct daily safety inspections to identify, document and correct safety hazard
Conduct accident and incident investigations and reporting
Complete post-accident correction and follow-up
Supply, operate and maintain all PPE and safety supplies
Administer on-site, drug-free workplace program WHAT WE ARE LOOKNIG FOR
Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, construction management or a safety-related degree prefferd
OSHA 30 Certification in Construction
Spanish Bilingual preferred
Must have or be able to obtain CHST within 6 months of employment
Willing to travel and or relocate LET'S TALK THE PERKS!
