Established in 2018, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon will specialize in exceptional BBQ and provide a warm, comfortable location to drink the finest bourbon around. We have brought the classic Texas BBQ taste to the great State of Delaware and paired it with the the best Speakeasy environment in this region. It’s an exciting time for High 5 Hospitality, LLC and you have the first opportunity to be part of this growth. We are looking for our own “small batch” of talent for the latest brand in the High 5 Hospitality, LLC family.
Our Room Host Team Member is responsible for Guest interaction and the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas. Conversing with Guests, cleaning tables, floor, chairs as needed. Monitoring parking lot to be sure trash is not left outside. Ensure trays are available for guest and waste barrels are emptied.

Responsibility:
Daily execution of the Mission Statement and Core Values.
Constantly Interacting with Guests.
Walking the floor to be sure dining room is clean.
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of supplies for the dining room.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Guest:
Models hospitality skills/behaviors during shift.
Actively looks for and identifies techniques to attract new guests.
Quality Operations:
Maintains high cleanliness standards, during slow times, cleaning your area, restocking.
Relay any issue regarding operations to the Manager on Duty.
Sales and Profits:
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Education/Training/Experience:
High School or equivalent.
Stellar Customer Service skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
