Roller Operator

Our fast-growing, manufacturing company is seeking Roller Operators. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role has 3+ years' experience as a Roller Operator, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety. Roller Operator Responsibilities

Set up, operate and monitor machinery and ensure all materials are readily available

Experience in Hartford, E.W.Menn, Saspi or Formaxx

Effectively monitor production equipment

Read and understand blueprints

Maintain a safe and clean work space

Follow established safety rules and regulations

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

Qualifications/Experience/Skill & Abilities :

3-5+ years’ experience

Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting

Need to provide your own tools

Ability to work in warm/high temperatures

Ability to work 2nd shift

Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for an eight-hour work shift

Committed to quality, safety and communication

Team-oriented and self-directed

Pay: $18.00 - $26.50 per hour
