Job Description


We’re looking for Support Engineers to join our team US team in Denver and work remotely on the East Coast. These roles will manage a variety of onsite robotic issues from hardware to software, to integration or wear and tear.


Qualifications


Most of the support is related to software issues, but there are electrical issues during implementations and during ongoing operations. Therefore we are hoping to find someone with an Electrical Engineering background who is able to program a little as well.

In order to be successful you should have experience with as many of the below as possible:

  • Working with end users (email and phone)
  • Software troubleshooting
  • Writing mySQL queries
  • Hardware troubleshooting (electronics, motors, cabling)
  • Working with hand tools
  • Linux admin, especially ssh, grep, and working on the command line
  • Office IT administration, setting up switches, wifi, VPNs, etc

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with a major WMS (Warehouse Management System) such as JDA, Manhattan, High Jump or SAP
  • Java development
  • Creating documentation or technical writing
  • Ability to diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter
  • Soldering
  • A passion for robotics and innovation

Compensation Range:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 US Annually

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Participation in the on-call schedule is required. There may be travel required for up to 2-3 weeks at a time during an implementation. Flexibility to work in off hours in order to coordinate with the China team is desired.
