Job Description

DESCRIPTION

The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor who is motivated and compassionate. We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing the best quality in patient care available.

Second Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
  • Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
  • Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility
  • Work directly with Administrator, DON, ADON, and other unit manager
  • Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff

Second Shift Supervisor Qualifications

  • Long Term Care experience mandatory
  • Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
