Department: Endoscopy
Shift: Monday - Friday, Varied Days 4x10's shifts, call is required for some nights, weekend and holiday rotation
Salary: $25.79 - $41.00
Job Summary:
To provide professional nursing care to the physically and mentally ill.
Job Duties:
Provide direct care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
Plan, direct, and/or participate in the education of the patient, family, community and health professionals.
Document information reflecting patient's condition and nursing care given.
Participate in the establishment of nursing standards.
Participate in nursing research.
Qualifications:
Graduation from a school of nursing and possession of a current Missouri license or a temporary permit to practice nursing in the state of Missouri is necessary.
Participation in professional nursing organization is desirable.
