Summary of Major Duties:
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.
- Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.
- Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients. Qualifications:

- Associate Degree - nursing
- BSN within 5 years of hire
Credentials:

- New Mexico or compact state RN license
- BLS
