We have full and part-time opportunities on 2nd shift & 3rd shift, part-time weekends on 1st shift & full-time 7 pm - 7:30 am.

Job Requirements

In order to ensure the person hired for this position will be successful we are requiring the following:

• LPN/RN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky
• Prior long term care experience is preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred
• Familiarity with culture change and/or person-centered care would be a plus
• Excellent ability to foster a team-oriented work environment
