Primary Purpose:

Assesses patient's health status, collects and documents data to charts, determines diagnosis by analyzing collected data, determines and implements plan of care, and evaluates patient's progress.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills: 2 years ICU or critical care experience preferred

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
