Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provides analysis of information related to notification forms to point of service, medical staff and leadership to assist them in meeting patient safety objectives. Qualifications:
Associates Degree in health related field. Basic courses related to Legal and Insurance topics. Experience in the healthcare setting.
Please note: Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption and test regularly.
