Our partners are media owners across search, publishing, broadcast, entertainment, commerce, and Telco. The team focuses on current and future business growth opportunities by building trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and executives at partner organizations, and deeply understanding the industry that the partner operates in to help drive business growth opportunities and areas of focus for the partner and Google.

The Revenue Lead works closely with Strategic Partner Leads on the team and other cross-functional Google teams (e.g., gTech, GTM) to drive the day-to-day management and business with strategic partners.

As the Revenue Lead, you will be the key Google Ad Manager product expert, providing training, implementation support, business growth optimization, sales support and strategic consulting to the partner. You will work as part of a team to manage and grow the Google Ad Manager's (GAM) strategic partner relationships, with particular emphasis in areas that are important to partners such as the programmatic advertising ecosystem, specifically as it relates to activating their data in a privacy-safe manner. You will also act as a trusted advisor to the partners to help them identify and implement new business growth opportunities.

Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Includes frequent meetings with partners to present business growth optimizations, sales collateral and training materials, and to address analytics and reporting needs.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Google Ad Manager’s partners, products, and services as it relates to growing business.
  • Understand partner needs and opportunities for growth and translate them into internal work streams.
  • Manage time-sensitive escalations related to business growth performance changes, product issues, and challenges specific to a given partner.
