We are looking for an experienced sales associate/stylist for a trendy women’s clothing boutique. We strive to empower, strengthen and celebrate women of all ages. We pride ourselves on providing a unique experience to everyone who walks through our doors to make sure they look and feel their very best when they walk out.

Someone with a passion for fashion and styling is crucial. The desire and ability to build relationships with women of all ages and backgrounds is the foundation for success of this position.

Social media knowledge will be an important component to this job including everything from modeling for photos, posting on social platforms (Facebook & Instagram), Conducting live videos, providing online customer service through answering and engaging with customers on these channels.

This position will also provide in-store event support from time to time. All events relate back to our mission to empower, strengthen and celebrate women of all ages.

This position is for roughly 10-20 hours a week with preferred evening and weekend availability. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour

Experience: Stylist/Retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Additional Compensation: Store Employee Discount

Hours per week: 10-20, Store hours 10:00am to 7:00pm, 4 or 5 hour shifts

Pay frequency: Every other week
