Responsibility:
Come with your passion for leading people to guide your team in highlighting our unique, high-quality, affordable products that our guests seek out. We are looking for a brand ambassador that can make guests feel welcome and the team feel inspired to let our hospitality shine. The best in the business retail managers can effectively partner with their restaurant peers to achieve operational excellence through the overall team.
Qualifications:
To be a successful retail manager, you must have a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, where you have learned to lead, coach and mentor retail associates. A college degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
