Job Description
The primary responsibility of the cashier position is to provide customers with prompt and friendly amazing customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for dependable, energetic, responsible cashiers to join our team.

- Provide amazing customer service at all times
- Precisely and accurately handle money and operate cash register including processing returns and exchanges quickly and efficiently
- Engage customers to ensure they are receiving all the benefits of the Ace Rewards membership program and actively seek new members
- Maintain a neat personal appearance; wearing company uniform and nametag at all times
- Be knowledgeable and maintain awareness of current sales, promotions and advertisements
- Understand and adhere to store safety and emergency procedures including following store protocol for shoplifting
- Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, co-workers and management
- Practice suggestive selling and build customer relations
- Willingness to learn a wide variety of products and services
- Maintain company standards of store cleanliness
- Face front, clean and maintain merchandise in register area
- A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction
- Team player with excellent communications skills with willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
